I made a promise to myself… and here we are 🥹🙌🏼❤️ 

Today was a full-body kind of day 💥
I started with my labor prep work (focused on pelvic floor and mobility), and then went into strength training with:

🔹 Reverse Hack Squat
🔹 Hip Thrust
🔹 Leg Press
🔹 Lateral Raises
🔹 Abductions

From the very beginning of this pregnancy, I made a promise to myself: to keep training throughout the process as long as my body allowed me to.
And here we are 🥹🙌🏼❤️

It’s not about pushing too hard — it’s about honoring my energy, supporting my health, and staying connected to my body through this powerful transformation.

Every day feels different, but movement keeps me grounded.
35 weeks in, and still embracing the journey with grace and grit. 💫

Mi mejor versión ❤️ ✨

Tuve miedo de subir de peso. De no reconocer mi cuerpo, de perderme en el camino. Pero algo cambió cuando mi pancita empezó a crecer… cuando sentí esas primeras pataditas, cuando entendí que dentro mío hay otro ❤️

Ahí supe que esto no es solo un cambio físico: es un milagro. Estoy creando vida. Y esta soy yo, en mi mejor versión. ✨

Durante años cuidé mi cuerpo con disciplina, alimentación consciente y movimiento. Y claro que sigue siendo importante para mí. Pero hoy mi prioridad es otra: mi bebé.✨

Ya tendré tiempo de volver a enfocarme al 100 % en mi físico. Hoy el cuidado se ve distinto: se trata de dar espacio, nutrirme desde otro lugar, respetar esta etapa tan poderosa.❤️

También entendí que muchas mujeres viven con miedos, inseguridades, presión constante sobre cómo deben verse. Pero nuestro cuerpo no es solo estética: es fuerza, es transformación, es vida.🙌🏼

Nos merecemos abrazarnos en todas nuestras formas. Porque así, reales, maternando, cambiando… también somos nuestra mejor versión.🫶🏼

Some days I switch things around depending on how I feel. I don’t follow a strict schedule—just moving with intention and honoring what my body needs in this season. Strong, grounded, and grateful 💫

“You should stop working out.”

Since the beginning of my pregnancy, people told me not to train.

But movement is part of who I am — and this little one is growing up knowing that.

At 31 weeks, we’re both healthy and happy.✨

I’ve adapted my workouts to match the season I’m in — focused, low-risk, and mostly using machines that allow me to move safely without putting extra strain on my body.🙌🏼

Pregnancy is different for every woman.
Just a reminder: listen to your doctor and your own body first. 💛

This lower body burner was filmed back when I was 10 weeks pregnant — during my stay in Bangkok, training in the hotel gym.

I had it sitting in my camera roll and thought… why not share it with you?
It’s too good to keep to myself!

This workout is perfect for home, gym, beginners — and yes, it can be safely modified for pregnancy too.
All you need is a pair of dumbbells, a resistance band, and the mindset to listen to your body.

Strong doesn’t have to mean complicated. Move smart, stay consistent, and enjoy the burn!🔥

Do each exercise for 10–12 reps. Complete 3 rounds in total.
The workout is structured in pairs, meaning you’ll combine two exercises at a time and alternate between them

Third Trimester Flow 🤰🏻 I’m not chasing PRs or trying to push my limits right now.

I’m just here to move, to stay consistent, and to honor where my body’s at in this season.

Things feel slower, but more intentional. I’m tuning in, adjusting when I need to, and learning to trust the process.

Pregnancy has shifted my focus — and I’m genuinely proud of showing up, even if the pace is different. The female body is doing so much, and that alone deserves credit. ✨

Finished another lower body session, and that’s a win in itself 💪🏼

Hello third trimester ❤️

Third trimester is beginning, and what a journey it has been. It’s been such a beautiful experience — filled with growth, changes, and a love I never imagined possible. There have been some uncomfortable moments (hello, pelvic pain and sleepless nights!), but nothing compares to the feeling of carrying a life inside of you. It’s truly indescribable. 💫

🌸 Cosas que me han dicho durante el embarazo (hasta ahora)… ¡y no tienen respaldo médico! 🌸

1️⃣ “Ahora tienes que comer por dos”
No es cierto. Lo correcto es comer mejor, no más. Solo necesitas 300-450 calorías extras en el segundo y tercer trimestre.

2️⃣ “No hagas sentadillas porque puede nacer tu bebé”
Falso. Las sentadillas son buenas y seguras (si tu doctor no dice lo contrario). Fortalecen el suelo pélvico, caderas piernas,facilita el parto etc 

3️⃣ “Si haces fuerza, tu bebé puede nacer con hernia”
Esto tampoco es cierto. Las hernias del bebé son por factores genéticos y de desarrollo, no por lo que hagas en el gym.

4️⃣ “Come todos tus antojos porque tu bebé saldrá con la boca abierta”
Otro mito sin sentido.
¡No hay relación entre antojos y la boca del bebé!

Durante el embarazo, hay muchos mitos…
Siempre consulta a tu doctor y confía en tu cuerpo 💖
